Working Design Development for the Expansion of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Park in Aktobe

The working design development for the “Expansion of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Park in Aktobe” is carried out on the basis of the architectural and planning assignment dated 03 March 2009 No. 03/01, issued by the State Institution "Construction Department of Aktobe City" (copy attached).

The project area subject to reconstruction is located in the central part of the city along Abylkhair Khan Avenue between G. Zhubanova Street and M. Mametova Street. The total site area is 90 hectares.

A 1:1000 scale topographic survey was used for the design.

The project was developed using computer-based tools and a range of graphic software packages. The main GIS software used includes AutoCAD and MAPINFO.

During the design process, an on-site survey of the territory was carried out, the natural and geological conditions were analysed, and photographic documentation of the area was completed.
