Business Centre Design

The proposed complex is located in the Almaly District of Almaty. The building is an eight-storey structure with plan dimensions of 49.0 x 17.0 m. The complex includes an underground car park for staff and several parking areas within the block. The first two floors accommodate commercial premises, including a cafeteria and bar, while from the third floor upwards there are office spaces, a conference hall, and a staff lounge.

Key technical and economic indicators:
• Total building footprint: 1,143.02 m².
• Gross building volume: 38,770.04 m³.

Purpose and function: The project aims to create a contemporary business centre that provides comfortable conditions for work, meetings, and relaxation. The building meets modern requirements and offers functional office and commercial spaces.

Key codes and standards: The project has been developed in compliance with climatic, construction, and aesthetic standards. SNiP RK 2.04-01-2001, SNiP 2.01.07-85*, and other applicable regulations were taken into account, ensuring the stability and safety of the structure.

The design documentation has been prepared in accordance with the state regulations and codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including relevant technical and construction standards. The solutions set out in the working drawings comply with environmental, sanitary, and fire safety requirements, ensuring the safe operation of the facility.
