We then proceed with layout design and cost estimation. For this purpose, the design of a residential complex is divided into two stages: concept (sketch) design and detailed (working) design.

The concept design is an architectural plan in which a number of key parameters are determined:

• master plan of the site;

• floor plans;

• interior and exterior concepts;

• building sections;
