Townhouse

The conceptual design has been developed for a site in the Medeu District of Almaty. The project includes 22 residential townhouses and an underground car park, carefully adapted to the terrain and surrounding environment.

Purpose and function: To create a comfortable low-rise residential complex with an underground car park in the Medeu District of Almaty. The complex comprises various types of residential units and an underground parking facility to ensure convenience for residents.

The project uses monolithic reinforced-concrete structures, aerated-concrete blocks, and ventilated façades with natural stone cladding. The design complies with current standards and regulations, ensuring the reliability and safety of the building.

The project has been completed in accordance with the client’s requirements and applicable construction regulations.
