The building is designed as a high-responsibility structure in accordance with GOST 27751-2014 and meets key criteria such as explosion and fire safety, fire resistance, structural fire performance, climatic conditions, seismicity and others. The project includes production workshops, an administrative and welfare building, a utility block, a laboratory, security checkpoints, warehouses and other facilities.

Key technical and economic indicators:

• Building volume: 48,703 m³.
• Building service life: at least 50 years.
• Seismicity: 9 on the MSK scale.

The project is aimed at creating a modern industrial complex comprising production shops, administrative and welfare facilities, a utility block, a laboratory, security checkpoints, warehouses, and infrastructure elements. The objective is to ensure safe and comfortable operation of the facility in full compliance with the standards and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The project has been developed in accordance with current codes and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The technical solutions presented in the working drawings comply with environmental, sanitary, and fire safety requirements, ensuring safe operation of the facility.
