Pharmaceutical Plant

The pharmaceutical plant project is a comprehensive engineering solution developed on the basis of the technical brief and process department requirements.
Key technical and economic indicators: The project includes a production building block with a total building footprint of 9,947.59 m² and a gross building volume of 51,215.43 m³. It is a two-storey building with a range of functional zones for efficient production, supported by office, storage, and laboratory spaces.

The internal layout comprises office, production, storage, ampoule and pharmaceutical areas, a canteen, and a quality control laboratory. The total area is aligned with process requirements, while the enclosing structures made of aerated concrete ensure the required strength and safety.
Purpose and function: The aim of the project is to create a modern pharmaceutical plant that meets high standards of safety and production efficiency. The facility is intended for the manufacture of medicinal products, ampoule packaging, and quality control of finished products.

1. GOST 27751-2014: Building reliability level.
2. TR No. 439 “General Fire Safety Requirements”: classification of the building by explosion and fire hazard.
3. SP RK 2.02-101-2014: Functional fire hazard class.
4. SP RK 2.04-01-2017: Climatic zoning.
5. GOST 16350-80: Relative humidity and climatic subzone.
6. NTP RK 01-01-3.1(4.1)-2017: Design snow load and wind pressure.
7. SP RK 5.03-07-2013: Load-bearing and enclosing structures (for construction and installation works).
