Purpose and function: Construction of a multi-apartment residential complex with contemporary architectural solutions, providing comfortable living in full compliance with national standards.

Main standards and design principles:

1. Compliance with state regulations on explosion and fire safety, environmental protection, and prevention of emergency situations.
2. Housing class – IV, reliability level – II, fire resistance rating – II.
3. Structural solutions include monolithic reinforced concrete, aerated-concrete external walls, and fibre-cement façade panels.
4. Architectural and design solutions are aligned with the established guidelines for the urban appearance of Almaty.
