The project represents a contemporary residential building designed in full compliance with current construction norms and regulations. The developed master plan ensures optimal use of the site while taking into account the characteristics of the surrounding area. The building has five levels, including a basement, and is designed as a spatial frame structure.

Purpose and function: The aim of the project is to create a modern residential building that meets current expectations for comfortable living. The building is intended to provide high-quality residential units for the local population.

The project complies with applicable construction codes and regulations, as well as fire and explosion safety requirements. The development has been designed with regard to the climatic characteristics of the region, including wind load, snow load, and seismicity parameters.

The master plan has been developed in accordance with SP RK 3.01-101-2013 “Planning and Development of Urban and Rural Settlements”. The building structure incorporates monolithic reinforced concrete, aerated concrete blocks, and uPVC windows and glazed facades.
