The design documentation has been developed in accordance with the current state norms and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its purpose is to ensure explosion and fire safety, prevent harmful impact on the environment and ambient air, and minimise the risk of natural and man-made emergencies.

Purpose and function: This technical design has been prepared for the reconstruction of an existing two-storey building intended for use as a car showroom. The project includes spatial and structural design solutions, as well as measures to protect the structures in line with modern materials and the corporate style of the JCB brand.
The project provides a showroom with foundations, sandwich-panel external walls, a membrane roof, and interior finishes executed in accordance with the brand book. The building is a two-storey structure with a steel frame and perimeter paving. The façades follow the JCB brand style, and protective measures for the structures are implemented in accordance with relevant standards.
