High-Tech Seed Processing Facility

The project represents a full set of working drawings developed on the basis of the technical brief. The building is designed in line with local climatic and operational conditions and meets regulatory criteria for structural reliability, explosion and fire safety, fire resistance, and a minimum service life of 50 years.

Key technical and economic indicators:
• Building footprint: 12,924 m².
• Gross building volume: 48,703 m³.

Purpose and function: The project is aimed at creating an integrated complex that includes production workshops, warehouses, an office building, a fertiliser storage facility, and a guest house. These components provide modern, functional conditions for both production and administrative activities.

Key codes and standards: The project has been developed in accordance with GOST 27751-2014, Technical Regulations No. 439 “General Fire Safety Requirements”, and other applicable standards, ensuring the safety and reliability of the facility. All design solutions account for climatic conditions, seismicity, construction materials, and structural systems.
The design documentation has been prepared in line with current norms and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with environmental, sanitary, and fire safety requirements, ensuring safe operation of the facility.
