Fly Ash Processing Plant

The project for the reconstruction of a complex processing 40,000 t/year of copper smelter fly ash provides for the retrofitting of the production shop, demolition and construction of new structures, as well as major refurbishment of the existing building.

The design has been developed on the basis of the contract with the client, technical specifications, the geotechnical investigation report, the architectural and planning brief, and with due consideration of the seismic characteristics of the construction area.

Purpose and function: The project is aimed at modernising and improving the operating conditions of a complex for processing copper smelter fly ash. It includes the reconstruction of the main production shop, the administrative and amenity building, and the ball-mill shop.
The production shop will be equipped with a new process line, an administrative and amenity zone, a mezzanine level for equipment maintenance, and will undergo major refurbishment. The ball-mill shop will be attached to the main building and will include spaces for production needs.
