Detailed Planning Project for the Prishakhtinsk Planning District, Karaganda

The project defines the main directions for the spatial planning of the territory, including zoning, infrastructure, and landscaping.

• Main objectives: development of functional and urban planning zoning, definition of building regulation lines, reservation of land for social, cultural, and utility facilities, planning of the street and road network, and landscaping;
• Regulatory compliance: in line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and SP RK 3.01-101-2013 “Urban Planning. Planning and Development of Urban and Rural Settlements”;
• The design was developed using ArcGIS and AutoCAD for graphical and spatial analysis;
• A field survey of the territory was carried out with photographic documentation of the existing development.

The detailed planning project will serve as a basis for setting out red lines on site, determining building regulation lines, establishing land plot boundaries and other urban planning parameters, and will be taken into account when preparing investment and urban development passports and related documentation.
