Construction of a Plant for Engineering Sanitaryware and Heating Devices (Radiators)

The project represents a production building for sectional radiators located within an industrial zone. It includes premises for the casting area, machining area, compressor room, electrical switch room, painting area, maintenance workshop, component warehouse, drying chamber, fire-fighting equipment room, finished products warehouse, as well as office spaces on the second floor.

Total floor area: 9,947.59 m².

Purpose and function: To create an efficient production complex for manufacturing sectional radiators, including all required industrial areas and office spaces.
The project has been developed in accordance with GOST 27751-2014, Technical Regulation No. 439 “General Fire Safety Requirements”, SP RK 5.03-07-2013 “Load-Bearing and Enclosing Structures”, and other applicable standards, ensuring a high level of safety and reliability.
